Computer Lab & iPad Carts

The purpose of the Computer Lab and iPad Carts is to give students in Kindergarten through Sixth Grade a solid foundation in the basics of using a computer. Students have access to the Computer Lab, iPad Carts, and Desktop Computers (in the classroom) to learn the following skills: basic keyboard skills, keyboard shortcuts, the basics of word processing and software applications, how to navigate the Internet, Internet Safety, and Research Skills. Students also use the computers and iPads to practice reading and math skills through programs such as, IXL Math Program, ST Math Program, and Lexia Reading Program.
